Do you ship to my location?
We currently ship to over 40 cities. You can enter the delivery pin code on any product page to check serviceability. If your address is not covered in our current shipping locations but you would like to place an order, please contact us on support@lapanddado.com with the product you would like to order and the delivery pin code and we try our best to service your request. 

 
What is the estimated delivery time?

Will the product I receive be exactly as shown on the Website?

We try our best to deliver Products exactly as they are shown on the website. However, natural material based products may differ from time to time, making each product unique. Factors like studio lightings and screen resolution which differ from device to device, may also lead to the possibility of minor perceived differences in colour. Fabric colours may vary based on exposure to the surrounding light. We hereby disclaim any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final products ordered by the User over and above generally acceptable standards on the same.

 

Do you have delivery charges?

Yes, you can check the delivery charges at the time of purchasing the product by entering your pin code for the locations that we service. In case your location is not included in the areas that we service, please write to us at support@lapanddado.com.

 

What is the kind of assembly required?

Most of our products are delivered pre-assembled. However, items such as dining tables, coffee tables, etc. may require simple assembly such as screwing in the legs which can easily be assembled yourself or with the help of a local carpenter.

 

Does Lap & Dado provide warranty on the products?

Our products are made with the highest quality materials and by professional artisans. Yes, we do provide a 1 year warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages due to product use or use of the product beyond its intended use. Please refer to the warranty information provided on the product page while purchasing.

 

How can I make sure that the product I purchase stays in the best condition?

Please refer to the care instructions provided on the product page to know how best you can care for the Product received by you. Alternatively, you can refer to the Care Instructions provided here: Care Instructions.

 

What is the refund or replacement policy?
Refund or Replacement only apply in case of damage during transit or a manufacturing defect within the warranty period. We request you to refer to the Delivery and Packaging Information for a smooth delivery experience. You can initiate the refund/ replacement by writing to us at support@lapanddado.com. We offer refunds within 10-15 days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. This means that once the refund is approved, the customer will receive the refund within 10-15 days in their bank account.
